To provide the best service for returns or exchanges, we have clarified the conditions for these services below (with the requirement of the purchase invoice):
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all original accessories and manuals. We do not accept returns for opened, scratched, or damaged products due to misuse or electrical faults caused by incorrect voltage. Returns are allowed within 3 days from the purchase date, and exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the purchase date.
Exceptions:
- If the product's box has been opened and used, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- If the box has been opened but the product has not been used, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total product value, in addition to shipping charges.
- Any return or exchange is subject to re-evaluation upon return to the company’s warehouse. If the product or packaging is not suitable for resale to another customer, the return or exchange will be rejected and the product will be returned to the buyer.
- If the customer requests to cancel the order before the product is shipped, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method, minus the payment gateway fees, which amount to 2.75% of the total payment value.
Product Return Procedure (with the purchase invoice):
- If you received the product from one of our representatives, you must contact us using the store's contact number listed on the homepage.
- If you received the product through one of our approved shipping companies (Aramex, SMSA Express), you may use the same shipping company to return the item.
- For returns or exchanges, the refund will be based on the purchase value of the product as shown in the purchase invoice.
- Shipping fees (both to and from the customer) will be deducted from the product value for returns, even if shipping was free at the time of purchase, unless the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- If the payment was made through one of the electronic payment methods and the customer requests a return, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer, minus shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
- If the payment was made through Tabby (installment services) and the customer requests a return, the amount will be refunded through Tabby, minus 2% of the total order value, as per Tabby's terms and conditions, in addition to shipping charges if the product was shipped.
