Maintenance Terms and Conditions

Al-Alamiya Store is committed to providing the best services to our valued customers, including after-sales support such as device maintenance, spare parts provision, and ensuring the quality of the product in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The following terms apply:

  • Product Quality Warranty: Al-Alamiya Store guarantees the quality of the product for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover product accessories or attachments.
  • Repair Timeline: We commit to a repair time not exceeding 15 days from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service center, provided the necessary spare parts are available.
  • Provision of Spare Parts: If spare parts are rare or not readily available, Al-Alamiya Store will provide them within a maximum of 60 days from the date of the part request.
  • Temporary Replacement Device: If the repair of the customer's device exceeds 45 days at the service center, we commit to providing a temporary replacement device with the same specifications as the customer's original device, subject to availability.
  • Warranty on Repairs: Al-Alamiya Store guarantees the quality of repair work for 30 days from the date of repair, covering the same defect that was fixed.
  • Customer Inquiries and Complaints: We commit to responding to customer inquiries or complaints and providing the required information within 5 working days, and providing a final response to the complaint within 30 days.
  • Remote Areas Repair Request: If a maintenance request is made for a product located in areas where we do not have service centers, we will respond within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the maintenance request. This period does not include the repair time.

We strive to maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their products and the services provided.
